  • How much luggage can I bring on my flight?

One small softcover foldable carry-on per person is allowed (7 kgs). Please review our Luggage Policies.

  • What is your weather policy? What if my flight can’t leave because of weather?

If your flight is delayed or canceled due to weather or any other circumstance, you will be notified by Team AEROKRAT via email or phone.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy? Once I’ve booked, can I Move to a different flight?

  • Do I need to bring an ID?

All passengers are required to have a valid government-issued identity proof during check in (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID)

  • Do children need a booking?

Please let us know in advance of any infants you will be traveling with. Children up to 2 years old are categorized as infants (Valid ID proof of age is required); they are not required to make a booking and can be accommodated on the lap. Please contact our Team if you are traveling with an infant.

  • Can I fly if I am pregnant?

Expectant mothers shall not be allowed to travel beyond 32 weeks of pregnancy in case of complicated pregnancy. Fit to Fly certificate from the treating obstetrician, dated not more than 3 days before the date of travel, is required only if the pregnancy is between 28th & 32nd week.

  • Can my pet travel with me?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on board for Pay-Per-Person routes, however if it is a private charter, we could make an exception based on the route and the choice of aircraft.

  • Where do flights depart and arrive? Where are the heliport located?

  • Why is my Charter still Pending, and not Confirmed yet?

Chartered flights are confirmed in the order they are received. Once your flight has found its place in the queue we will confirm it, once we have organized a suitable helicopter or fixed-wing aircraft for you. Please be patient, as we often have high flight volume, and will do our best to confirm your flight as soon as possible upon checking with the licensed operators.

  • What if I am late for my flight?

AEROKRAT Anywhere (Charters): In the event that you are late for your charter, there will be a charge which will be intimated at the time of booking. These costs are derived from a combination of idle time, repositioning costs, and duty hours.

  • AEROKRAT by-the-seat: Flights with ETD on your confirmations will not be held past the time of departure.

  • How long will it take to get to my destination?

Flight times vary depending on your route. Estimated flight times are indicated during the booking process. After booking, you can view flight information by looking at your app’s Upcoming Flights area. Please note may be longer than stated due to a number of factors, as detailed on the website.

  • Why does AEROKRAT India need to know my weight? Is there a weight limit for passengers?

We collect each traveler’s weight so that we can help our operator monitor the total weight load of each flight. This is a regulation that must be met in order to ensure your safety and the safety of those flying with you. There is no defined weight limit per passenger, but there is an overall weight limit and distribution allocated on a per aircraft basis. We strictly adhere to this. AEROKRAT reserves the right to request a traveler to shift places within the aircraft, shift flight times or purchase additional bookings due to these regulations. This is a regulation that must be met in order to ensure your safety and the safety of those flying with you.

  • If I have an allergy, can I still fly?

  • What is AEROKRAT? How does it work? Do I need a membership?

AEROKRAT is a digitally enabled company that facilitates the booking of helicopters on a per person per flight basis or chartering the entire helicopter on a per-flight basis operated by DGCA licensed operators.

  • Does AEROKRAT operate as an air carrier? Does AEROKRAT own the aircraft I’m flying on?

AEROKRAT does not own, operate, or fly the aircraft, and it is not an air carrier. All flights arranged by AEROKRAT are currently operated by various DGCA licensed operators.
